Aqdas Khan –Director
With over 7 years of experience within care and education, Aqdas has worked across a range of roles that have allowed him to build a strong knowledge and understanding of people’s individual needs.
He prides himself in his communication skills, patience, and ability to support and guide people in a calm and understanding way. Aqdas is often described as genuinely caring and an individuals who builds meaningful relationships with those he supports
Malaika Azad – Director
Malaika has over 8 years of experience within care and brings a strong passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Throughout her career, she has developed a thorough understanding of individual needs and always strives to ensure they feel valued, respected, and safe.
She is dedicated, hardworking, and truly committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives. Malaika works tirelessly behind the scenes, playing a key role in ensuring the service remains safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive.
Natalie Feather – Recruitment Officer
Natalie has over 10 years of experience working with both children and adults across the district, giving her a strong understanding of the different needs within the care sector. Her background has helped her develop a keen eye for recognising the qualities and skills needed to provide truly compassionate and effective care.
As Recruitment Officer, Natalie plays a vital role in ensuring that every member of staff reflects the vision and values of M’s Angels. Her expertise in recruitment helps ensure that the people joining the team are the right fit for both the service and the individuals we support, maintaining the high standards of care that families can trust.
Samra Iqbal – Care Coordinator
Samra has substantial experience working with vulnerable adults and children across a range of care settings. She is truly passionate in ensuring she develops personalised care plans that reflect individuals goals, wishes, and circumstances. In turn, each plan includes clear goals and achievable targets allowing the promotion of independence, progress, and overall wellbeing.
With a clear vision for making a positive difference, Samra is committed to delivering care that is thoughtful and responsive, her compassionate approach and attention to detail help ensure that every person receives the support they need to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
